Love is often misunderstood: the representative phrase should not be "I need your presence in my life" but rather "I choose your presence in my life." Avoiding feelings of need and possession will help us to live in peace and freedom with ourselves. Learning to be alone is a great advantage and a small one.

The song "Líbrame" by the Italian-Spanish singer-songwriter Fabio Gómez explains what it means to love without suffocating the identity of your partner or getting out of ambiguous situations such as in the case of relationships with lovers where our dreams do not find a clear sky to clear.

"And it was when I was falling, that I spread my wings and learned to fly. Dream your life, live your dreams."
